Auction Terms & Conditions ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment methods are: USPS Money Order, Bank Cashiers Check (verified funds), Mastercard, Discover, American Express & VISA. You will receive an electronic invoice by email for bid amount, buyer fee, and shipping the day after the auction closes. You can pay by credit card via the link in the invoice. If you wish to pay by USPS Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check, 1st - LET US KNOW YOU WILL BE MAILING A PAYMENT, 2nd - print out a copy of the invoice and send it with your payment to the address on the invoice (suggest priority mail). ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN OUR OFFICE BY FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12th. Your items will be shipped within a week of your payment arrival. See our terms and conditions about non-paying bidders!

All items sold "as is, where is" with no warranty. All sales are final. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC (owners, agents, & employees) will describe the merchandise to the best of our ability and provide quality images. In no event shall ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC (owners, agents, & employees) be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC (owners, agents, & employees) will not be held responsible for accidental errors, deletions, or omissions. Please inspect all images and read description thoroughly before you bid and buy. Please contact us with any questions prior to bidding.
Once a buyer places a bid, it cannot be retracted. Your bid is a legally binding contract. Buyer specifically acknowledges our policy on bid retraction supersedes any contrary provisions of any state auction statutes or other applicable law.
Buyer will indemnify and hold ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC (owners, agents, & employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
You agree that the laws of the state of Michigan, Gratiot County, will govern the terms and conditions, and all auction-related services, between you and ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC. ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC reserves the right to contact law enforcement regarding failure to pay and may pursue all civil penalties allowed by law which may include forwarding the matter to or our attorneys for collection, court costs, storage fees, and any other costs incurred by ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC.
All items must be paid for within 7 days of the close of the auction with no exceptions. If buyer fails to pay in full, buyer (a) authorizes ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC to resell such property after 3 days at public or private sale, (b) agrees to indemnify ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expenses thereof, including attorney fees allowed by law, if any, and (c) agrees to pay ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC any amount lost by resale from the original sales price. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the company free from any liabilities, including theft of items or loss by the shipping company. The bidder is bound by these terms.
SUSPENSION / PERMANENT BAN: A bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from ALL ACES AUCTIONS, LLC for providing false or fraudulent information when registering or not paying for auctions. NON-PAYING BIDDERS are also subject to suspension/ban. The ONLY way to reverse a suspension for non-payment is by paying a penalty fee equal to 20% of the total price of the lot(s) you did not pay for.
As a condition to registration and bidding, bidders are required to (i) agree that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and (ii) agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder’s credit card company. Any chargebacks initiated will result in suspension or banning of the bidder in all future auctions. SEE AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS rules below for chargebacks on firearms or ammunition. ALL invoices over $500 will require you to email us a copy of your ID that matches the name on your credit card before shipping.
Staggered close, each lot ends several seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots do not end at the same time). Soft close: bidding activity will extend by 3 minutes on a lot with a new bid, if there is no bidding activity in the last 3 minutes, the lot will close. You may bid a maximum bid – the auction software will automatically bid for you – up to the amount you set.
NO LOCAL PICKUP ALLOWED – AUCTION ITEMS ARE NOT LOCATED IN OUR OFFICE.
ALL lots will be shipped to buyers via UPS Ground using the flat rate quoted within the description of each item. We WILL NOT combine shipping for multiple lot wins – all lots are packed to ship immediately after taking pictures. Please account for shipping charges when bidding. Your auction items will be shipped within 1 week of the auction close. Larger lots will INCLUDE insurance and some will INCLUDE adult signature required.
Ammunition can only be shipped via UPS Ground and cannot be shipped to a PO Box. See ammunition auction terms for the states we will not ship ammo to.
ONLINE GUN AND AMMUNITION AUCTION TERMS
•Rifle ammunition buyers must be at least 18 years old. Pistol Ammunition buyers must be over 21 years old.
•ALL firearm and ammunition sales are subject to all federal and state laws and regulations.
•ANY chargebacks on ammunition or firearms WILL be reported the ATF and your local law enforcement as theft of firearms or ammunition – A FELONY – under 27 CFR § 478.33 - Stolen firearms and ammunition. WE ARE SERIOUS!
•ALL firearm purchases must have firearm shipped to licensed FFL dealer in the state they have residency in.
•Any gun transfers will be conducted by Central Arms, LLC
•$50.00 transfer fee per firearm to be paid to Central Arms, LLC.
•Shipping of firearms will be handled by Central Arms, LLC. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and transfer charges.
•Used firearms in the auction have NOT been inspected by a gunsmith - no refunds or exchanges – fully read description, view images, and ask any questions BEFORE bidding.
•Firearms will not be sold to bidders that do not comply with all requirements
•Firearms will not be sold outside the continental USA.
**We do not ship firearms or ammunition to AK, CA, DC, HI, MA, NY, MA, APO, & PR. ALSO – IL & NJ have specific ID requirements that must be met prior to shipping. No magazines over 15 rounds to CO**
